I enjoy people with passion that are creative, educated, and aware. I believe I am what I seek. I consciously make an effort to avoid TV, consumerism, and over consumption. For work, I teach science to 8th and 11th graders at a public school on the Lower East Side. I want to be a principal one day but not until I feel like an accomplished teacher. It's only my first year so I have some time. I do not aspire to have a family, own a house or diamonds, live in suburbia, or collect lots of stuff. I like to keep it simple in all aspects of my life (as you have probably concluded by now). I think this makes me unique. For music, I enjoy a little bit of everything. I especially like learning about and seeing new music and groups from around the city. I've been going to the Montreal Jazz Festival for 3 years. I also frequent a little folk indie music venue in Williamsburg. Singing is not a talent of mine but I really love to sing with groups of people. The same goes for dancing however I'm down for partner dancing any day. Anyone what to teach me the swing? Well, I answered the red prompts (because I like structure) the best I could.
